Our Story

Dynamic Support Solutions provides nurturing and supportive NDIS services that transform the lives of our clients.

How? We make it personal. Because we truly believe that everyone – regardless of their age or ability – deserves to feel compassion, love and respect.

My name is Lamin Fatty, and I’m the Director of Dynamic Support Solutions. I was born in Gambia, West Africa, into a family of 7 children. My elderly sister suffered severe disability after contracting Polio. She was unable to walk, finding it difficult to do the tasks that the rest of us take for granted. Many felt uncomfortable and impatient around her, and she suffered bullying.

What she needed was love, compassion and support. She needed someone to care for her, to understand her basic physical needs as well as her emotional and spiritual ones. I became that person. When she was thirsty, I brought her water. When she was hungry, I prepared her food. When she needed comfort, we talked.

I saw the transformation in her. Now I want to do this for others.

You see, in West Africa, we don’t have a system like we do here. We revere our elderly and our families care for them in their twilight years. In Australia, we outsource that role to strangers. And that isn’t wrong – we just need to make sure that when we choose someone to provide that care, we choose the right person.

Everyone has the right to dignity and empowerment in their old age. I developed Dynamic Support Solutions to provide relief to families and dignity to their family members. It’s about removing pressure from families and empowering their loved ones to stay in the home they love. From shopping and cooking through to cleaning, maintenance and companionship, we provide support that is deeply personal.

It has to be. We’re all unique, and we all have our own specific needs. And our goal is to meet those needs, one family member at a time.

Because we realise that each of our clients is so much more than just a person. They’re a much-valued member of a family who want only the very best of care.
